The Jr.
Finance Administrator is responsible for the accounting activities and administrative tasks from branch office.
Must ensure that finance and accounting information are carried out in due form and in a timely manner.
**Activities & Responsibilities**:
- Management and auditing all Accounts Payables
- Booking correctly in our accounting software all purchasing invoices in USD and local currency
- Prepare weekly payment payable packages
- Booking and maintain local expenses
- Monitoring paid in advance to suppliers and verifying their suitable legalization.
- Reconcile bank accounts and low risk ledger accounts
- Support Accounts Receivable
- Support local and global audit requirements
- Assist with providing necessary information to headquarters for preparing the monthly, bi-monthly and annual taxes and year-end closing.
- Execute other activities that the company requires.
