Jr. Customer Service Associate will be responsible for offering service to Issue Management team.
Responsibilities
- Develop coverage of level 1 and 2 using the established coverage general playbook to ensure accurate and timely input.
- Expert on NIQ methodologies, global coverage playbook and local FMCG dynamics.
- Ensure clean input from client shipments data to guarantee appropriate analysis against NielsenIQ information.
- Maintain continuous communication and support with Issue Management local team to avoid misunderstandings, delays and guarantee quality in the analysis, working in partnership with them.
- Adhere to Performance KPIs to improve quality performances and maintain work discipline.
- Manage complex and multiple databases.
- Interpret and inter‑relate variables to obtain accurate insights from data.
