Responsibilities

• Takes care of customers & their orders, enquiries and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer.
• Follow up on customer orders, independent negotiations with customers concerning order details (delivery date, quantity, partial deliveries).
• Catching hold of customer complaints, find and establish solutions once complaint is Customer Service related.
