Your new role
The open role is for a Project Manager / Construction Manager reporting to the VP of Construction who will assist in the development and construction of industrial facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. They will ensure site readiness, including but not limited to premises construction, infrastructure preparedness, all required licensing and permitting to ensure speed to market. This role will play an integral part in our client's footprint across North America. The PM will work with consultants to prepare tenders and monitor construction progress.
