We are looking for a highly motivated Jr. Building Operator to join our Operations team at Richmond‑Adelaide Centre in Toronto. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting building equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. With a customer service focused mindset, you will also ensure all tenant and operation teams’ requests are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the day‑to‑day operations/repairs of the complex’s HVAC equipment (including pumps, motors, fans, Variable speed drives, compressors, etc.), Life Safety systems, building automation systems and lighting systems
- Water treatment program, regular water tests and addition of chemicals
- Preventative maintenance on all building and HVAC equipment including small plumbing repairs and drain clearing
