Analyst, Admin Finance at Baxter's Tijuana Shared Services Center, supporting supplier payment and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Baxter integral suppliers to ensure invoices received are processed and paid timely.
Interact professionally with suppliers worldwide (in English) to address invoice and payment queries.
Coordinate with Baxter colleagues in Purchasing, Sourcing, Human Resources, Logistics and Finance to resolve supplier payment requirements and ensure timely processing of invoices of any kind.
Maintain Baxter's databases to keep supplier information up-to-date.
Prepare month‐end financial reports and various ad‐hoc financial reports.
Align with Baxter's procedures.
Perform ad‐hoc functions and tasks as needed in a busy finance department.
Follow up on recurring payments such as utilities, payroll, rents, etc. to ensure timely payment.
