What's the role?:
The Role
- General Ledger Accounting:_
This role is responsible for multiple accounting tasks that comprise:
- _ Journal entries:_ Record daily, weekly and monthly journal entries across different entities.
- _ Payroll:_ Support payroll activities to ensure correct payments and internal control processes are followed. Work with internal and external stakeholders for social security compliance.
- _ Taxes:_ Prepares workpapers for external fiscal consultants for tax compliance.
- _ Financial Reporting: _Prepares financial reports and their support schedules.
- _ Statutory Audit:_ Prepares multiple work papers and supports for external and internal auditors.
Who are you?:
- Experience with accounting software programs, ERPs (such as PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, proactiveness, independence and team spirit drive.
