  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
  • Dismantle machines using tools necessary.
  • Update inventory count as items is used for tasks and repairs.
  • Assist in machinery installation when needed.
  • Adhere to assembly and installation instructions set forth in vendor manuals.
  • Fabricate new machine parts if original parts are missing or damaged.
  • Identify and correct problems found in machines, equipment, or processes to facilitate production.
  • Repair machinery components as needed.
  • Diagnostics and repairs on motors, pumps, valves, controls, PLC’s, and metal fabrication equipment.
  • Work on a wide range of projects.
  • Assist in training, directing, and supervision of junior employees and apprentices, inspecting and certifying their work.
