Journeyman Instrumentation Technician

Role Summary

We are seeking a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Wandering River, Alberta. The Instrumentation Journeyman is committed to delivering safe, high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and proven experience producing accurate, detail-oriented work in support of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and calibrate industrial instrumentation, electrical, and control systems, including continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS)
• Perform installation and calibration of process control instrumentation such as transmitters, analyzers, control valves, controllers, PLCs, and protective relays
• Support and maintain power generation and industrial equipment, including gas turbines, generators, and plant auxiliary systems
• Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, control system drawings, manuals...
