Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems. This involves using a variety of diagnostic tools to identify issues with electrical components, compressors, refrigerant levels, and other system parts.

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems operate efficiently and extend their lifespan. This includes inspecting, cleaning, and testing components, as well as replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels.

• Customer Service: Interact directly with clients to explain issues, provide recommendations, and offer solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical information in an understandable way and ensuring customer satis...
