Position Summary
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role supports production by minimizing downtime through timely diagnostics and repairs while adhering to all applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, the electrician performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment such as motors, control panels, conveyors, PLC systems, and automated machinery. The position requires strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
