Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing and providing diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of appliances. This involves on‑site repairs and repairs in valued client homes.

What you will be doing

• Verifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems
• Preparing accurate estimates and explanations for all repairs
• Performing assigned and required repairs to customer products
• Travelling to customer’s homes to diagnose / repair appliances

To be successful in this role you must

• Have a clean driver’s abstract (our insurance team says so)
• A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket
