The Jordan's Principle Coordinator will be the primary contact for children and families, ensuring they receive necessary support and services. Your expertise will facilitate case management and coordinate access to federal and provincial health, social, and educational resources. With your strong advocacy skills, you’ll promote inclusion and provide essential support in navigating complex systems.
