Responsibilities
- Manage complete joinery project lifecycle from award to handover
- Plan project schedules, resources, and manpower allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Oversee site execution, quality control, and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of woodwork production, installation, and materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- UAE experience preferred
