The Assistant Winemaker role focuses on leading cellar operations and the entire winemaking process. You will work closely with the Winemaker to manage grape intake, fermentation, and quality assessments, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. Your leadership skills in training staff and meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping will be essential to the success of our quality-driven processes.

• Direct grape intake, pressing, and fermentation
• Monitor aging and conduct quality evaluations
