Knowledge on filing of Suits/cases before Civil Court, High Court and other various Tribunals.
Due Diligence.
Proficient in accessing Govt sites for various purposes such as (EC, 1-B, Challan, Etc).
Knowledge on RERA compliance.
Vetting documents
Sending and replying to Legal notices
Liaise with Advocates and all internal and external stake holders.
Must mingle in the team and confident in executing tasks by taking individual accountability.
