1. Client - Logistic Set up
2. relevant experience in Customer service/ customer support with BPO/ Telecom/ Insurance sector

3. Documentation of processes for each of the assigned clients

4. Ensure customers- queries/escalations are managed with high accuracy/relevance within the agreed SLA/TAT.

5. Calling the customer to collect data

6. Manage customer queries over calls/ emails

7. Coordinating with the outsourced vendor for inbound/outbound calling activities.
