- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding our ISP services.
- Educate customers on available plans, features, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the signup process and address questions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- May include billing.
**Requirements**:
- Sales or customer service experience, preferably in telecom or ISP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
