The Job Site Services Technician plays a key role in supporting Blackline Aluminum’s field operations by ensuring the proper installation, adjustment, and service of window and door systems at active job sites. This position helps maintain product quality, resolves site issues efficiently, and supports smooth project progress by performing technical fieldwork in a safe and professional manner.
Working closely with installers and supervisors, the technician ensures our glazing systems function as designed, meet customer expectations, and align with Blackline’s standards for durability, safety, and appearance. The role requires strong attention to detail, hands‑on problem‑solving, and the ability to work confidently at heights using specialized access equipment.
