SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Reporting to the Supervisor, Resident Services, provides direct assistance to clients.

GENERAL DUTIES

Assess clients upon admission for personal care needs, mobility, and dining assessments. Working knowledge of PCC and RAI CHA.

Assist clients with wheelchairs, walkers, and cognitive impairments to reach scheduled activities. Assist with toileting, personal hygiene, and feeding as required.

Assist clients with medications brought from home in accordance with the Adult Day Program Medication Management Policy. Safely support participation in exercise programs, nourishment, and transportation.

Assist with lunch set‑up, serving, and cleanup, including dishes.

Assist with recreation programming; may be asked to independently facilitate a recreation program and set up equipment as required.

Rinse, bag, and deliver soiled items to laundry when necessary. May facilitate ADP tours for guests.
