Position: Job Coach
Wage/Salary Info: Starting $18.73/hour per SGEU Collective Agreement.
Employment Terms: Permanent part-time; requires availability weekdays and weekends.
Location: North Battleford
Education: Grade 12
Experience: 0–6 months
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support clients in day-to-day vocational activities such as janitorial, housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, recycling, newspapers, fliers, yard work, snow removal, campground upkeep, and maintenance.
- Transport clients as required.
- Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience working with persons living with mental illness is valuable but not required.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices, equipment use (lawn, snow, etc.).
