Job Coach – Education, Training and Research
Location: Edmonton, AB

Position Status: One (1) Full-time (40 hours/week), One Year Contract (with possibility of extension)
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport, screen clients for job readiness, and provide one-on-one and group assistance to clients looking for employment.
- Review labour market information and assist clients in conducting occupational research that identifies and clarifies a suitable career goal.
- Work with clients to develop an individual action plan leading to employment and clearly communicate the client eligibility criteria for the options suitable for the client’s employment goals.
