Jira & ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Comrise is seeking a JIRA and Service Now administrator to support our IT team in managing cloud-based project management and service management platforms. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot JIRA and Service Now instances, creating custom workflows and reports to meet user needs.

You will play a key role in integrating these tools with other systems, ensuring performance and security, and providing user support and training. Strong experience and communication skills are vital to succeed in this role.
