Your Role
Own the intake, prioritisation and delivery tracking of Sales Enablement work. Turn requests into structured projects and keep execution moving across teams plus represent sales enablement in the Go-to-Market (GTM) space and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams.
As Jira - Project Coordinator you will
- Triage incoming enablement requests and convert briefs into scoped work through Jira
- Coordinate timelines, owners and deliverables across stakeholders
- Manage project workflows in Jira (boards, tickets, statuses, dependencies)
- Act as the team Go-to-Market operations lead for launches and initiatives
- Maintain team templates, project documentation and ways of working
- Manage cross-team projects (Customer Relationship Manager changes, process documentation, system rollouts)
- Track risks, blockers and delivery progress
