Jira ITSM Implementation Lead

Inbox Business Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an Implementation Consultant - ITSM Jira to lead the end-to-end setup and configuration of Jira Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will blend technical knowledge with a functional understanding of ITSM processes to create client-centric solutions.

The front-runner will work on design and configure ITSM workflows while ensuring adherence to ITIL practices, manage JSM Assets, and support integrations using REST APIs. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 3-4 years of experience with JSM.
