Job Description
- Implement Jira Software, Confluence & related Atlassian products for Infosysta Clients as a complete solution such as Collaboration Solution, Tracking System, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, Task Management, and more
- Customize & Integrate Jira & related Atlassian products with Client systems.
- Provide Customer Support on-site or remote with high Quality of Service on Atlassian Products (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc)
- Collaborate actively with Developers & Technical Analysts in Infosysta in order to deliver the final project for Clients
- Accountable on high Quality of Service and the Customer satisfaction working on Infosysta Products
- Collect functional and technical requirements from Client when needed, write technical specifications and implement them into Jira & Confluence
