**As a Head of Telephones, you will oversee all activities related to telephone management within the hotel, including handling guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and promoting in-house services.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Supervise telephone operations during your assigned shift, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Ensure your team is knowledgeable about the hotel's products, services, rates, and special promotions, as well as daily VIP guests and special events.
- Inform your team about any special events or VIP guests in the hotel that day.
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
- Maximize sales revenues through upselling and marketing programs.
