Responsibilities
- Operate JCB Backhoe machinery with precision to excavate trenches and backfill sites according to project blueprints and survey markings.
- Safely maneuver heavy equipment on diverse terrain, including uneven ground, slopes, and confined spaces, ensuring no damage to surroundings.
- Perform routine pre‑operation checks and post‑operation inspections of the JCB Backhoe, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, and debris onto trucks or into designated areas, maintaining efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Heavy Equipment Operator license or certification, demonstrating foundational knowledge.
- Have a minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience operating JCBs and backhoe loaders on construction sites.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
