Java Tech Lead – Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

UST is a multinational company based in North America. We are looking for a Java Tech Lead with at least 5 years of experience and AWS knowledge to join our SRE team and drive reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Technically lead a group of engineers maintaining and improving our back‑end services for critical customer and data applications in the cloud.
• Shape and deliver goals and vision set by the Site Reliability Engineering Manager (SREM).
• Contribute to major optimisation and improvement themes, identifying opportunities to reduce operational overheads through observability and service automation.
• Drive engineering best practice (Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, Resilience, etc.) and set standards across the team and wider SRE community.
