Java Support Software Engineer Remoto

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve application and production issues.
- Perform code debugging and log analysis to identify defects and root causes.
- Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and stakeholders.
- Improve application stability and performance by identifying recurring issues and recommending permanent fixes.
- Work with Engineering teams to automate operational processes and alerts.
- Participate in change management activities to minimize production risk.
- Build and enhance runbooks and operational documentation.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor application health and service performance.
- Troubleshoot and support proprietary technologies.
