Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and resolve application and production issues. • Perform code debugging and log analysis to identify defects and root causes. • Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and stakeholders. • Improve application stability and performance by identifying recurring issues and recommending permanent fixes. • Work with Engineering teams to automate operational processes and alerts. • Participate in change management activities to minimize production risk. • Build and enhance runbooks and operational documentation. • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor application health and service performance. • Troubleshoot and support proprietary technologies.
