We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect with strong expertise in AWS and Gen AI to lead the modernization and redesign of our existing platform. In this role, you will dive deep into the code, evaluate current architecture, and propose innovative solutions that improve scalability, performance, and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Java upgrade initiative to version 21 across the platform
  • Decouple memory management currently attached to static servers by introducing Redis for autoscaling
  • Design and implement a dynamic load balancer to support scalable workloads
  • Redesign and modernize existing reports built on Pentaho
  • Rearchitect integrations with other products such as OTP and Workday
  • Dig into the existing codebase to understand architecture and design patterns, proposing new solution designs
