Role: Java Developer
Location: Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Java hands-on development with Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Experience with OpenShift deployments, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, and various design patterns in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development environments.
- Involved in project life cycle activities on development and enhancement projects; practical knowledge of up-to-date application architecture with Microservices.
- Experience with Microservice Architecture principles and related technologies such as Spring Boot and Event Driven Services; Cloud Native Applications Development.
- Good knowledge of API design; some experience with DevOps practices including Pipelines and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design is a must.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery workplace.
