Java Engineering Lead - Vice President

The Engineering Lead is a key role within Citi’s Payment delivery organization. This is a hands-on position focused on practicing and enforcing engineering principles, driving automation, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements across APIs, Data, Reconciliation, and Reporting. The role is accountable for defining and implementing a robust data governance framework and providing technical leadership to strengthen engineering standards, guide the team in achieving automation goals, and ensure alignment with Business and Technology objectives.
