Lead Consultant, Site Reliability Engineer!

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our application environments. You will leverage monitoring and observability tools to perform deep‑dive analysis and manage incidents effectively, minimizing business impact through timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, SumoLogic, or Dynatrace to analyze application and system logs.
• Perform initial triage and investigation during incidents, providing resolutions or recommendations to minimize business impact.
• Read and understand application code (both front‑end and back‑end) to aid in troubleshooting and debugging efforts.
• Collaborate with development teams using Git platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and automation within the environment management processes.
