KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop high-performance Java microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework for billing, revenue, and partner compensation modules. Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka — including producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, and CDC pipelines (Oracle → Kafka via AWS DMS). Write, optimize, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL — stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and performance tuning of large-scale transactional queries. Participate in migrating batch processing workloads from Apache Spark to Java-based solutions for improved performance and maintainability. Collaborate with product, QA, and solution architect teams to deliver reliable, regression-free releases on monthly release cycles. Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion engineering best practices and coding standards.
