Experience
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in application development and support.
- Experience in L3 support or L2+ support with readiness to take on L3 responsibilities.
Required Skills
- Advanced Java/J2EE experience: REST APIs, Servlets, JavaScript, HTML, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, Spring.
- Mid-to-Advanced experience supporting AWS environments: EC2, Lambda, Amazon CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, MongoDB.
- Good exposure to AI-driven changes and AI models within support functions.
- Advanced experience working with multi-tier/server environments: Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic.
- Advanced hands-on experience with databases: DB2, Oracle, Sybase.
