We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our Services & Support Division (SSD).

This role focuses on managing small to mid-sized accounts with relatively lower average purchase values, driving new business opportunities, and expanding the overall footprint of the SSD business.

You will engage with customers primarily through remote channels while delivering value across Agilent’s portfolio, including services, consumables, and applications.

Drive Sales & Grow Business

  • Proactively reach out to customers using internal databases to generate repeat business and identify new opportunities
  • Create and convert sales opportunities from inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
  • Achieve sales targets, including new business growth and portfolio expansion
