Japan Accounting ManagerSummary:
ジャパンアカウンティングマネージャーは、経理業務全般(月次・四半期決算、資金管理、税務申告、財務諸表作成、内/外部監査)を統括し、GAAPおよびIFRS基準に準拠した財務報告の正確性を確保します。チームの管理、業務改善、内部統制の強化に加え、IFRS移行プロジェクトの推進を担います。このポジションは、プロセス改善を推進の他、内部・外部監査人と連携しながら、主要なB/S動向やSG&Aの分析を提供し、戦略に沿ってプロジェクトやチームのアクションをリードいただきます。
Japan Accounting Manager oversees all accounting operations (monthly/quarterly closing, cash management, tax filings, financial statement preparation, internal/external audits) and ensures the accuracy of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards. In addition to team management, process improvement, and strengthening internal controls, this role will lead the IFRS transition project.
