Position: Janitor CS
Status: Part-Time
Schedule: Day shifts (6:30am-2:30pm)
Reports to
Environmental Service Manager
Responsibilities
- Follow the home’s Preventive Maintenance Program as well as the Demand Maintenance Program
- Regularly perform the various tasks described in the programs
- Regularly checking completed maintenance logs in each department/home area of the home
- Complete repairs as necessary including, but not limited to: painting, wall repair, small leaks, install (toilet, sink, tiling, doors, replace light fixtures, install blinds)
- Check the operation of mechanical equipment
- Inspect Life Safety equipment and systems
- Ensure safe storage of maintenance equipment
- Complete regular maintenance reports
