A Weaving Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of all weaving operations. The Weaving Manager is directly responsible for safety, production planning, procurement, output, product quality, inventory control and all functions related to weaving production including personnel. This position includes, but is not limited to planning, organizing and running optimum day-to-day operations to company and customer expectations. Previous weaving experience is required for this position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for day-to-day weaving operations in terms of output, efficiency, quality assurance, safety, process improvement, personnel, maintenance and other related operations.
- Plan plant operations and manufacturing activities based on scheduled orders, delivery dates, product specifications and quantities, etc.
