IWS-Driven Manufacturing Line Leader

Ultimate.ai is seeking a Manufacturing Line Supervisor to join their team in Romblon, España. In this role, you will work closely with site leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance site performance and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include leading IWS initiatives, coaching site leaders, and establishing KPIs for plant performance.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of five years experience in a production environment, preferably with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
