Position is based out of Belle Plaine, with occasional support required in Regina.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary on-site IT support to end users through phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs and OLAs.
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow queues, maintaining accurate ticket updates, asset records, and ensuring disciplined closure of requests.
- Perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal) activities for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, LAN equipment, servers, and other IT assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues, providing hands‑on support when remote resolution is not possible.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Power BI, and related services. ...
