Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on scope and priorities.
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
- Support delivery execution across SIT, UAT, deployment, and change management.
- Drive requirement clarity, scope control, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement and reusable delivery assets.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in ITSM / Enterprise Service Management projects.
- Familiarity with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile / SDLC delivery.
Preferred
- ITIL knowledge.
