Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT/OT Lead to drive industrial data integration, connectivity, and digital transformation across pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The role will focus on implementing scalable industrial data platforms using AVEVA OSI PI, MQTT (HiveMQ, Sparkplug), Kepware, and Ignition , enabling real-time visibility, analytics, and smart factory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities IT/OT Architecture & Digital Strategy- Define and implement IT/OT convergence architecture
- Design unified data flow from shopfloor (OT) to enterprise IT systems
- Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives leveraging: MQTT (HiveMQ, Sparkplug B) , Edge-to-cloud data pipelines, Unified namespace (UNS) architecture
