Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, and operations.
• Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts.
• Maintain solution integrity and governance across RFP/RFI lifecycle.
• Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework.
• Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request.
• Lead multi‑tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains.
• Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities.
