Enhance Indigenous education as a K-8 Itinerant Native Languages Teacher at the Urban Indigenous Education Centre. Provide culturally relevant Ojibwe instruction to support student outcomes in a safe environment.
This one-year, 0.5 FTE position focuses on improving academic success for Indigenous students. You will apply effective Indigenous teaching strategies, assess student progress, and collaborate with staff to create inclusive learning experiences. Your role also includes mentoring support and fostering equity in education for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students.
