Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Change Manager with 7 years of hands-on expertise in managing change processes within IT service management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the change management lifecycle and the ability to independently drive CAB meetings across diverse business units. This role requires excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in EST hours.

MUST Have Mandatory skills (non-negotiable)

• Communication Skills: should be excellent. Clear, concise, and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences. (minimum 9 / 10)
• ITIL Framework Expertise: Deep understanding of ITIL principles, especially change management.
