Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance & IT, this role manages the corporate ERP (Sage X3) and the Company’s technology infrastructure on a day-to-day basis to deliver effective and standardized IT processes. In addition, this role is expected to optimize Company systems, maintain accurate user access and distribution lists, and lead initiatives that enhance the organization’s use of technology, including the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Company software, including Sage X3 ERP in coordination with ERP consultants, on a day-to-day basis to ensure data integrity is maintained, relevant reports are generated and system parameters are optimized
- Manage the Company’s technology infrastructure with the support of Managed Services Provider (MSP), including servers, phone systems, laptops and related hardware
