What Will You Be Doing?
Based in South Africa, you will work as part of the Circana APAC Item Coding team. An Item Coding Analyst adds new FMCG products into the system (Dictionary), ensuring the most important products are correctly coded and grouped. You will capture product characteristics, maintain coding rules, and become a product group expert.
Job Responsibilities
- Assign new FMCG items to the correct product group
- Code FMCG products accurately and consistently
- Identify and capture new trends within product groups
- Update coding rules to maintain relevancy and quality
- Share daily updates during the DMS (Daily Standup)
